Unique 1999 SBA Dollar Struck on an Aluminum Feeder Finger
This 1999 SBA Dollar was struck on a huge chunk of aluminum scrap. It is actually struck on the tip of an aluminum feeder finger which is used in the production of coins at the U.S. Mint. It is a very visual and dramatic major mint error and is the only known SBA Dollar struck on an aluminum feeder finger.
