I wanted to share these world errors that I’ve recently purchased with the readers of Mint Error News Magazine. The first one is a 1704 French 1/2 Écu triple struck on an already struck 1/2 Écu from 1691!!! The other is a mated pair 1/2 Mark in silver from Germany. The coins are from 1918. I wonder, could they be the oldest mated pair known??
